Ingredients: yongchak ( stinky beans), potatoes, fermented bamboo shoots, dried mushrooms, king chilli, fermented fish, chameleon roots, dry elshotzia blanda flower (lomba) , onion, coriander, salt.
1) Removeyongchak skin, peel potatoes.
2) Boilyongchak, potatoes, dried mushrooms, fermented bamboo shoots, add salt.
3) off the flame once the potatoare cooked. Mashed everything together in a bowl, Add king chilli, fermented fish ( ngari ), mix it well .
Garnish with onion, chameleon roots ( toningkok), coriander leaves, dry elshotzia blandia flower (lomba)
