Pholih Konyak representing All Nagaland Amateur Muaythai Association (ANAMA) bagged gold medal at the just concluded National Amateur Muaythai Championship held at Bangaluru, Karnataka from July 19 to 22. The championship was organized by Muaythai Association Karnataka.
The fighters, Pholih Konyak and Raj Kumar were accompanied by Pangmei Konyak as judge.
The championship was organized to select player to represent India at the World Muaythai Championship to be held in Bangkok, Thailand.
Meanwhile, ANAMA, in its emergency meeting held on July 28, has decided to entrust the responsibility of chief instructor to Pangmei Konyak.
